It’s been a frantic wedding year.. but I really must share!

So as you know, I am a wedding and portrait photographer… and 2015 has been an amazing year to say the least. I have so much to share with you, I am not sure where I should begin..

What to tell? I knew this year would bring interesting results…

Well lets start at the beginning, before the wedding season finally kicked in.

As well as being a wedding photographer, I love to tell a story through family portraits… but I have a deep love to push my creative bounds, and I do this for my fashion portfolios.

It all started with judging a vintage pageant, back in November 2014. I was asked to create a portfolio of images to be used for a magazine. Unfortunately that never came about. I always believe that something good always comes out of every situation, and it did. In that moment I learnt what I had been lacking… and how I wanted to return to this side of my work all the more.

I love photographing weddings, but as a creative I need an outlet for me.

So here is Sky…

Sky is a fellow photographer, so we wanted to create one portrait that allowed everyone to see the props and equipment… without the need to crop. Like me Sky is surrounded by similar equipment. The backdrop sets a story and adds to Sky’s character.

So much has happened since this shoot back at the start of January… I now work and collaborate with Dream Street Models & Events … alongside my weddings and projects.
